Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, briefs, and correspondence.



• Assist in the management of labor law matters, including representation in administrative hearings and negotiations.



• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for complex labor disputes and compliance issues.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to produce clear, concise legal writing.



• A demonstrated interest in labor law, employment standards, and workers' rights advocacy.



• Admission to the Kansas Bar or the ability to gain admission to the Kansas Bar is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Kansas Bar Association or eligibility for admission.
