Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through final resolution, ensuring timely and effective handling of all matters.



• Advise and communicate with clients, insurance representatives, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties regarding case status and strategy.



• Review medical and accident records, assess liability and damages, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for trial or alternative dispute resolution.



• Maintain accurate and organized case files while strictly adhering to all applicable legal deadlines and procedural requirements.



• Oversee compliance with Arizona professional and legal standards, including the appropriate supervision of legal work performed in the state.



• Collaborate with leadership and team members to optimize workflows, enhance client service, and support the strategic growth of the practice.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Arizona, in good standing with the State Bar.



• At least two years of experience working as an attorney within a personal injury law firm.



• Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and organizational skills with a professional, client-focused approach.



• Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly, supportive team environment while managing multiple priorities.



• Litigation experience is desired and considered a plus for this role.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
