Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrating compassion and earning their trust and confidence.



• Provide regular case updates to clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and offers.



• Evaluate claims and utilize superb negotiation skills to achieve the most favorable results for clients.

Requirements

• Member of the CA Bar in good standing.



• 4 years of experience as an attorney, with a background in Plaintiff matters preferred.



• Ability to work independently in an office environment while maintaining a team-oriented approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of CA.

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
