The candidate provides legal advice relating to the review, drafting and negotiating of complex contracts. Provides legal advice relating to the review and drafting of university policies and procedures. Conducts legal research in the diverse areas of law faced by higher education institutions. Supports legal team members on complex litigations and regulatory and agency inquiries. Provides opinion, advice and analysis to academic and administrative offices regarding legal implications of policy decisions, complex contracts, scientific research projects and collaborations. Other responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the University and based on the interest and experience of the applicant.
