Duties

• Manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Communicate case updates and guide clients through the claims process.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Review and analyze medical records, liability, and damages.
• Collaborate with legal support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing cloud-based technology.

Requirements

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing preferred, or planning to take the Bar exam in the near future.
• Personal injury experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar license.
