Duties

• Advocate for federal employees in employment matters involving discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage a diverse caseload from initial consultation to final resolution.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediation, and conferences before EEOC and MSPB administrative judges.
• Draft complaints, appeals, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop strategic advocacy approaches.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and federal agency contacts.
• Maintain accurate billing records and case management documentation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and an active law license in good standing from at least one U.S. state.
• 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law, civil rights law, or administrative law.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, legal CRM platforms, and cloud-based document management.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide empathetic client service.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications
