A law firm seeks a motivated Business Litigation Attorney to join its Oregon practice in Portland. This role offers hybrid and remote flexibility, allowing the attorney to engage in complex commercial disputes and cross-border challenges with a diverse client base.

Duties

• Represent clients in state and federal courts throughout Oregon.
• Handle contract, IP, international, cannabis, and business-tort disputes.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and international networks.
• Engage in business development and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience focused on commercial or business disputes.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Admission to the Oregon State Bar.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working in a team environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in contributing to the firm's growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Oregon State Bar.
