Duties

• Work collaboratively with senior litigators to develop litigation strategies.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Analyze medical records and represent clients in court.
• Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, and other litigation aspects.
• Interact with medical experts and conduct legal and medical research.
• Draft motions and work cooperatively with others.
• Interact with clients effectively.

Requirements

• Admission to practice in New York.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical malpractice, healthcare litigation, or personal injury litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
