The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in creditors' rights, commercial bankruptcy, workouts, receiverships, judicial and equitable foreclosures, and restructurings. This role involves significant in-person hearing and trial appearances, along with related travel.

Duties

• Handle creditors' rights and commercial bankruptcy cases.
• Manage workouts, receiverships, and foreclosures.
• Conduct litigation, including pre-judgment relief and post-judgment collections.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong academic record and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet rapid deadlines.
• Active bar license in Colorado or commitment to obtain one promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active bar license in the state of Colorado.
