A law firm seeks a Mid-to-Senior-Level Real Estate Associate to join its Miami office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of transactional real estate experience, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, land use, zoning, and commercial leasing.

Duties

• Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
• Handle real estate financing transactions.
• Oversee real estate development projects.
• Advise on land use and zoning matters.
• Negotiate and draft commercial leasing agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of transactional real estate experience.
• Experience in large law firms preferred; boutique or mid-size firm experience considered.
• Strong oral and research skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Proven ability to manage small-to-mid-sized matters efficiently.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Bar in the state of Florida.
