Duties

• Represent clients in immigration matters, including asylum, cancellation of removal, SIJS, VAWA, U-Visas, adjustment of status, and naturalization.



• Prepare legal filings and appear before USCIS, EOIR, and other relevant agencies as needed.



• Conduct client consultations and build individualized case strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.



• Stay current with changes in immigration law and policies to ensure accurate and effective representation.



• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to manage caseloads efficiently.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in immigration law is required.



• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.



• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential.



• Empathetic communicator with a client-centered mindset and strong time management abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
