Where you Come In

The Provider Installation Professional 1 provides support to provider accounts by responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Required Qualifications - What it takes to Succeed

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior contract load and provider installation experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access

Ability to type 50-55 wpm

Capacity to maintain confidentiality

Must be able to drive into the Louisville office as needed

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Hospital and Ancillary contract interpretation
