Project Assistant, Real Estate Practice

The candidate will assist in conducting statutory, regulatory or factual research with respect to client matters. Assist in due diligence and other reviews of client records and files. Assist with organization of client materials and attorney work product, including coding documents and the use of databases, imaging systems and other technology. Arrange filings, mailings and service list deliveries with appropriate courts, government agencies and other parties. Perform general case file maintenance. Four year college degree or equivalent. Excellent Microsoft software knowledge; strong technology skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Professionalism; a commitment to continual growth and development. Extreme attention to detail.
