Duties

• Provide corporate and regulatory advice to boards of directors of investment companies.
• Collaborate with M&A colleagues on 1940 Act matters in asset manager transactions.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to groundbreaking legal work.

Requirements

• Experience with 1940 Act registered funds and business development companies.
• High level of academic achievement preferred.
• Experience in the investment management group of a peer firm preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
