Minimum of 5 years of experience with administration of thin client and virtualization technologies required including Citrix.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Certifications preferred: Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA); Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE);
Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010, Exchange UMS, and Office
Communication Server preferred.
Excellent customer service mindset.
Available to travel and to work flexible schedules outside normal business hours when required.
