Duties

• Provide day-to-day employment and human resources counseling for clients.
• Review, analyze, and draft employment agreements and policies.
• Handle employment litigation, including lawsuits and administrative charges.
• Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and argue motions.
• Advise clients on personnel issues and policy implementation.
• Support traditional labor and NLRB matters.
• Conduct due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
• Formulate legal strategies for litigation matters.
• Participate in internal investigations.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the practicing state.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the practicing state.
