Interior Project Design Manager

Snelling of NoCo is seeking a full-time Interior Project Design Manager for an established design-build firm, specializing in residential remodels and additions. Our client specializes in residential bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom remodels and provide a full-service start-to-finish experience for their clients, with offices located in beautiful Old Town Fort Collins.
The ideal candidate is highly communicative, organized, honest, possesses a positive attitude and has the ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects at a time. This person ideally has experience in construction and design and is able to make our clientele comfortable every step along the way.
Salary: $50,000-65,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with company owner, office team, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth planning on projects and completion prior to contract deadline.
Transform a client's vision into reality.
Meet with clients on a regular basis, walking them through the entire design, contract, and remodeling phases.
Achieve project, timeline, and design sales goals accordingly
Source material finishes for each project within proper budget constraints.
Qualifications:
A great listener with proven time management and communication skills, both oral and written, to clearly depict and meet the expectations of clients.
A self-starter who is ready and willing to succeed by asking questions, actively listening, and is able to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with residential interior design as the primary focus
A history of working directly with clients via in person meetings, phone, and email
Experience with FF&E, high-design, custom and/or luxury home furnishing product specifications
A broad knowledge of interior furnishings, textiles, lighting systems, floor coverings, hard surfaces, colors, accessories, and art.
Ability to adapt and anticipate the needs of the customer and project
Professional residential interior design portfolio required to apply
Experience with {
AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google Applications
,} and space planning/rendering programs
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or relevant, from an accredited university
