Duties: Serve as the Transactional Clinic Director to coordinate and teach in the Law Center Transactional Clinic. Responsible for all aspects of the Transactional Clinic, including client representation, classroom instruction, and law student supervision and mentoring. Assist small businesses and non-profit organizations in the Houston area with legal matters encountered in the start-up of a business, including negotiating lease agreements, selecting a proper organizational structure, developing employment policies, and the buying and selling of products and services.
