Contract Administrator/Manager/Paralegal
Duties: Primary responsibility for a growing volume of historic and live contracts administration and management throughout the entire contract lifecycle. Prepare contracts for execution and follow up and through on transaction closing. Maintaining contract management spreadsheets and databases. Perform contract and document due diligence reviews. Review, extract, log and summarize key contract information. Preparation and organization of files. Formatting documents and spreadsheets. Prepare reports and summaries. Computer and file storage searches. Filing/recording documents with various state, federal, and local governing bodies. Proactively keep track of actual or potential contract issues and notify management. Providing administrative support for the Legal Department. Assist with corporate law and entity administration. Perform legal and contract research. Handles/manages notarization, filing, mailing and receipt of documents.
