Job Requirements
Requirements
· 1-year experience as home health aide
· Valid New York State HHA certificate
· Valid Driver’s License & Access to Reliable Car
· Physical exam within the past 12 months
· PPD within the past 12 months (OR chest x-ray within the past 5 years)
· Proof of MMR immunizations
