Our Geek Squad Autotech Scheduler Agent is responsible for providing operational support to the remote Autotech workforce in a specified geographical area. As a Geek Squad Autotech Scheduler Agent, you'll coordinate scheduling, manage routing, assist in service escalations, provide Client support, and reporting or analytics.
Responsibilities include:
Identify gaps in execution at the store and Agent level to provide leadership with insights for resolution.
Partner with Agents to resolve issues with scheduling and re-deploying when business dictates through analysis and decision-making.
Coordinate or manage schedule requests and escalations from all parties (store, Agent, Client).
Execute Dynamic Dispatch including daily job board monitoring, cancellation lists and more.
Manage timesheet exceptions and provide labor reporting for utilization, availability, etc.
Monitor attendance and coordinate scheduling or routing to maximize productivity and the Client experience.
Assist field leadership in administrative functions by identifying staffing needs, providing recruiting support, scheduling of interviews, integration of new employees, and scheduling training for technical/personal development needs.
Basic Qualifications:
1 year of one of the following: leadership, operations, services, or internal/external customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid MECP Certification
