Systems and Electronic Services Librarian
The candidate will lead the library’s transition to a new ILS and will manage the transition of the database records and ensure a successful data migration. Provide technical expertise, day-to-day administration, and broad support for traditional and emerging library hardware and software solutions and standards. Manage all aspects of materials acquisitions: manage collection budget, monitor expenditures, ensure the ordering and receipt of library materials, review and implement collection maintenance policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with others on systems-related, technology-related, and digitally based projects. Provide reference services and instruction sessions that incorporate legal technology skills according to current and emerging standards. Participate in professional association activities and keep current with identifying, evaluating, and implementing new and emerging technologies.
