Summary
The
Associate Director of Technology Solutions reports directly to the CTO
and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to use technology
to assist the firm in reaching its business goals and managing technology
improvement projects for the legal practice and administrative departments
of the firm.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the life cycle
of technology projects including developing project plans, overseeing all
aspects of design, project scope, implementation, evaluation and monitoring.
Integrate best practices, project
standards, procedures and quality objectives across multiple complex projects
and lines of business.
Create and monitor budgets,
including strategically allocating budget monies for greatest return on
investment.
Effectively lead a team of business
analysts and project managers.
Required
8 years relevant business and
technology consulting experience
2 years of experience managing
business analysts and project managers
Demonstrated project management
skills for large scale projects
Strong analytical and problem
solving skills
Ability to effectively translate
business strategy into clearly defined technical projects that will deliver
business value
Bachelor’s degree in a related
field, specialized training or equivalent experience.
