The candidate will providing ongoing, consultative elder law and estate planning services and support, and by helping them navigate asset protection and planning for their future. A problem solver, role model, and an encourager of others. An excellent communicator who provides peace of mind are required. Motivate, communicate, and collaborate with the regional team and development department are required. Lead, manage, and hold accountable all partners and associates on the regional team are required. Meet with clients as needed to generate new business as well as maintain existing client relationships are required. Facilitate difficult / sensitive client meetings as needed and teach others the process are required. Build relationships in the community, network with referral sources, and generate leads outside of corporate marketing production are required. Conduct presentations to various groups in the community as needed. Licensed attorney in Ohio are required. 2+ years’ leadership experience are required. 5+ years’ legal experience are required. Public speaking experience are required. Customer service experience are required. Entrepreneurial Legal Firm Experience (building your own book of clients, as opposed to servicing existing firm clients) are required. Transactional, short-term cycle sales experience . Transactional law experience (ex. elder care, estate planning, corporate, real estate, bankruptcy, etc.) . Existing book of individual clients (estate planning, real estate or family law) desired. Legal drafting experience are desired.
