Highly trained long term personnel including Master Techs and great service advisors. Must be a great numbers persons with an emphasis on efficiencies.
Will guide and motivate a team of 25-30 employees. Position will report to the Fixed Operations Director.
Comprehensive, cost effective marketing program already in place and car sales remain strong
5-10 years of experience as a dealership Service Manager needed. Prefer GM, Chevrolet, Buick GMC or Cadillac training. Excellent communications skills, problem solving abilities, computer proficiency and understanding of what it takes to keep a large shop like this consistently running at a top level required.
