Candidate must have: Paralegal Associates degree or other relevant certification. Experience as a litigation paralegal (or legal assistant) with a strong preference for experience with Divorce law. Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc. Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail. Extensive computer and database experience. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe PDF. Preferred Experience with the Following: Google Mail, Clio Practice Management, Slack. Able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.
