Instructor and Curriculum Chair Paralegal
The candidate will teach a variety of paralegal courses and serve as the Curriculum Chair of the Paralegal AAS and certificate programs. This role includes, but is not limited to: defining and assessing program and course objectives, coordinating adjunct faculty, assisting with course scheduling, advising students, preparing graduation audits, directing student internships, leading the program review process, and completing all of the reporting requirements related to the American Bar Association's accreditation procedures. Innovative and enthusiastic professionals with demonstrated experience in instructional technology and student-centered approaches to course and program development, as well as strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply. In addition to a teaching load of 12 contact hours per semester and 5 office hours per week, faculty members are expected to actively participate in departmental, school, and college-wide committees and activities and demonstrate continuous professional development.
