ServicesnProject ManagerSiemens Government Technologies (SGT) is a dynamic andnrapidly growing organization and we are seeking a self-driven individual toncomplement our growing team.As a Siemens Professional Services Project Manager younwill lead and manage a project delivery team to assist our customers realizenvalue of a PLM solution.  You willnestablish and communicate clear project priorities and program activities.  This role is the primary point of contact tonalign the customer, stakeholders and the Siemens delivery teams. As part of the Professional Services team, you willnwork with System Architects, Program Managers, Product Architects, Consultants,nIndustry Experts and Industrial Engineering teams to ensure project andncustomer success.Responsibilities:Managenthe project through the Project life-cycle, leveraging Siemens DeliverynFrameworkWorknwith Sales & Services Management to initiate, review and agree on a projectngovernance with the customerManagencustomer requirements and project scope to achieve project objectives,neffectively communicating project expectations to customers and stakeholders inna timely and concise fashionManagenproject schedules it to ensures on time deliveryManagenand support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule andnqualityPerformnprogram quality management, ensuring that the solution meets the requirementsnand is to the appropriate quality and management compliance to rules,nregulations and standardsPerformnproject reviews and retrospectives regularly and feed the results and lessonsnlearned into program and organization to strengthen Siemens PLM DeliverynFrameworkEnsurenthe projects in the program are meeting to the approved budget and agreednmargin and both are reviewed on a regular basisDefinenand agree to project roles and responsibilitiesDrivenand define customers value from the Digital Enterprise Solutions GuidenCustomers through the Siemens PLM Delivery FrameworkConductnStakeholder meeting to manage and guides stakeholders through systematicnidentification, analysis and plans of action as a way to aid in negotiationsDefinenand execute all required processes in alignment with all stakeholders includingnappropriate communication to all levels Communicatenproject process and progress with customer as a way to support customernexpectations and adoptionProactivelynmonitor the project’s overall progress, resolving issues and initiatencorrective and preventative action as appropriatePerformnproject risk management including;
