The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 3+ years of experience in sales, including phone sales and cold calls. Must have proven track record of meeting revenue and sales goals Must have skill in making cold calls and making a connection over the phone. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong customer service experience and proven ability to work courteously with the public. Must have proficiency in entering data accurately and efficiently; proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency with Internet browsers, including use of e-commerce. 1+ year of prior supervisory experience is preferred. Knowledge and experience with ICLE products and service is desired. Paralegal training or equivalent knowledge of the legal industry / legal vernacular is preferred. Experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint or other presentation software is desired. Prior experience selling subscription services is preferred.
