The Senior Engineering Manager
- Service Route Optimization
is responsible for the service and large product delivery route optimization capability within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s Scheduling and In-Home Service engineering team. In this position, you will manage our on-prem vendor solutions as well as **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. integrations. The Senior Engineering Manager will also be critical in bringing our capability into the future with cloud-based SaaS solutions by leading vendor selection, migration, implementation, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage on-prem vendor solutions for service/delivery route optimization as well as the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. integrations to these systems
Lead the selection, migration, and implementation of a consolidated cloud-based SaaS solution for routing
Manage migration to cloud-based microservices integrations to vendor solutions
Manage 6–10 person team of software engineers and QA in on offshore/offshore environment
Manage vendor SOW’s, budgets, and SLA’s
Understand and make well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs around scaling, reliability, and maintenance
Lead technical direction and planning
Work with Product Owners to determine priorities and requirements
Build and drive partnerships with other technical teams across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
Participate in production support
Participate in performance analysis and optimization
Minimum Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience
1 or more years experience managing and leading engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of experience with Scrum/Agile
2 or more years of experience with software vendor management
2 or more years of experience with microservice-based architectures and design patterns
2 or more years of cloud experience (Azure preferred)
2 or more years of working with a blended onshore/offshore team
Experience with Click (Salesforce Field Service)
Experience with Descartes
Experience with Jira /Confluence
