Architectural Designer
Our client, an excellent architectural & interior design firm in the greater Philadelphia area, is actively in search of an architectural designer.
Responsibilities Include:
Design, assist in the development of construction documents for all phases of construction
Generating renderings and graphics to communicate design elements
Conducting existing condition surveys and summary reports
Preparing estimates of probable cost
Researching and applying codes and standards
Communicating clearly, professionally, and cordially with colleagues, clients, and authorities
Experience drafting projects using both 2D and 3D sketching
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
Two (2) or more years of experience
Architectural License not required, but those on the path to licensure a plus
An interest in sustainability and high-performance buildings
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Photoshop
Revit experience desired
U.S. Citizenship
