Compliance Legal Assistant
The candidate will work in the Compliance Department. Specifically, would be primarily handling the review of consumer requests for debt validation and disputes of debt, for processing validation to the consumer and co-ordination with Client Service and Legal Team members for reporting and resolving disputes, and to ensure proper coding. Secondarily, this position includes cross-training and coverage on Consumer Complaint Handling, and on working with Compliance Department on audit support. Should have experience in administrative task handling, and process development. Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
