The candidate will develop knowledge and understanding of the crucial role of the ethical and legal execution, formulation, and enforcement of policy in the successful management of schools and school systems. Will review the California Educational Code, examples of school policies, and the administrator's role in both executing and formulating policy. Emphasis will be placed on the interpretation of law in serving the educational interests of students and families. Should have a JD degree or a terminal degree in education or a related field.
