Senior Oracle DBA

Profile

This is a critical position for several high priority projects. The resource will assist with creating a suite of monitoring options and a procedure(over and above the regular patrol monitoring), eg. AWR retention , exporting stats, installing OSWatcher, etc. This DBA will work with an onsite resource in deploying a proactive approach, designing a system to query and alert to differences between baseline information and possible issues. The candidate needs to be a really heavy P&T person. They will also work on post mortem review of outages , using all the tools.
