Job Requirements
Requirements
Valid NYSHome Health Aide certificate
1-year experience as home health aide
Valid Driver’s License & access to reliable car
Physical exam within the past 12 months
PPD within the past 12 months (OR chest x-ray within the past 5 years)
Proof of MMR immunizations
