Project: In Backend/ Server server side (Hosted on CentOS VPS), I have MySQL, Laravel/PHP and bunch of REST APIs exposed to various front end websites in my SaaS. I have a team and I need to expand team with one more member. 80 hours/ month. You have to work minimum 3 hours/ day. Weekend working is fine. You may need to use Twilio API and emailing API too. You would also create REST APIs for front end components/JavaScript
