E-commerce Marketplace development using Wordpress, WooCommerce and a marketplace plugin
Hello, Please read carefully before applying. You must have a lot experience in e-commerce And experience in customizing plugins correctly so that updates of the plugins are easily possible. Very importantly, we plan to launch quickly so please do not apply if you can’t give this job priority.
The job is going to have a fixed-rate. And will be paid out in milestones, after the milestone work is completed and approved by me [I am not expecting many revision rounds, in fact its better if we have none since its just a waste of time for everyone, so please ensure everything is working before submitting any completed work]. I will test the work for my confirmation, and your payment will be released.
Your expert opinion about any of the work you are doing is greatly appreciated, especially if you think an alternative solution is better or will take less time to do. This is going to be a long term work relationship, and there are more phases to this job.
This is an E-commerce multivendor marketplace website that sells physical products. It is being built using Wordpress, Woocommerce and a multi-vendor marketplace plugin. All of that is already set up and some customization/work has already been done on the site. Any customization to any plugin must be done using hooks/some-other-way to prevent the work from getting ruined or deleted when that plugin is updated. Exact requirements will be given to you after we have a chat.
>A lot of the job is plugin customization
-Changing functionalities already present in the marketplace plugin and other plugins
-Text changes of plugins and the text they output.
>Adding/Creating new features
>Making the site ready for launch
>Email setup for the site [planning to use an email service for this]
>Small changes of design of the Marketplace plugin [front-end (seller) Dashbaord]
Other requirements of the job, as you work on any feature:
>Responsive for all devices
>Compatibility with all browsers [especially Safari & Chrome]
Design is not part of this job unless you are great at design, then you can have that part of the job as well. Write hammer in the subject line when replying to this job. [Elementor Pro and Astra Pro are currently installed but we can change this if you have a better alternative]
A time and cost estimate will be required when I walk you through the overview of the Requirements.
**When applying, please provide your previous work. Especially the ones that involve E-commerce/Marketplaces.**
Thank you!
