Assistant Professor of Finance, Business Law and Real Estate
The candidate will provide duties include: teaching, research, scholarship and/or creative activity, and service to the University, to the profession and to the community. These responsibilities generally include: advising students, participation in campus and system-wide committees, maintaining office hours, working collaboratively and productively with colleagues, and participating in traditional academic functions. Will be expected to participate in continuing to develop broad Paralegal and Real Estate programs within the department. Must have J.D. from an ABA accredited law school or Ph.D. from an accredited institution. Must have evidence of professional experience and expertise in real estate. Must have teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Must have active practice in the area of real estate law. Must have demonstrated experience working extensively with the business community developing opportunities for students, in employment, internships, and scholarships. Must have membership in the California State Bar.
