Essential Job Functions:Maintain and repair equipment and buildings. PM Maintenance and repairs of FMC and JBT Cooker and cooling shells.Supervise equipment operations. Inspect, repair and maintain machinery, and equipment throughout the facility.Supervise and train other mechanical employees in assigned area.Responsible for safety, sanitation, training & instruction of equipment.Maintain accurate records of work performed.Maitain accurate records of work performed.Assist in scheduling maintenance, and installation of machinery and equipment.Issue and review work orders.Maintain adequate supply of parts for department.Assist with planning and laying out new projects.Interpret plan specifications and blueprints, and inspect completed work.Experience: Welding (TIG & MIG) for Stainless and Mild steel, fabrication, plumbing, and project management skills.
