Work with internal customers to understand and document their business intelligence requirements.
Develop estimates and technical specifications for the ETL team.
Track and communicate project status for multiple initiatives and customer groups.
Provide technical guidance to developers on ETL/ELT architecture and best practices
Responsible for quality of team deliverables.
Develop and execute integration test plans to ensure that source system data is accurately represented in the final reporting objects of the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Command of data warehouse modeling concepts is required, with at least five years experience in a multi-terabyte EDW environment.
Experience with healthcare data modeling is strongly preferred.
Client is adopting the IBM HealthCare Provider Data Mart.
Knowledge of managed care, healthcare, or health insurance experience in payor, provider or government environment a plus.
Experience with IBM Information Server including Fasttrack, Data Stage, and Data Architect is a plus.
