Cool job with a really good company. Most of the day will be spent talking with customers in-person and by phone, scheduling appointments, arranging car rentals, updating them on status of repairs, releasing completed vehicles and ongoing insurance company correspondence.
Also will handle limited write up of body & paint estimates for walk-in customers. This requires a professional yet friendly, outgoing personality and service with a smile Good phone skills, ability to multi-task and capable of delivering outstanding customer service
Some light bookkeeping using QuickBooks, filing, faxing and emailing
Previous auto body estimating preferred or other automotive experience needed
Great Mon-Fri schedule, 10am to 3pm, nice, clean work setting, and an owner who takes good care of employees and customers alike
