• Provide expert legal counsel to clients across various practice areas.
• Assist in negotiation processes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software.
• Support litigation efforts through trial preparation activities and procedural law adherence.

Requirements

• Knowledge of multiple practice areas or an ability to learn them, including civil litigation and family law.
• Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear documents.
• Experience in court depositions, trial preparation, and procedural compliance.
• Effective negotiation abilities to advocate for clients' best interests.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems.

Education
