Snelling Staffing is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Project Manager for a valued client in the Denver metro area. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the Project Manager team, budgeting, scheduling, and other managerial aspects of multi-family construction projects.

Salary: $120,000-150,000/year
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER
As Senior Project Manager, you will:
Manage the other Project Managers on the team
Coordinate the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
Manage all aspects of each project and be the driving force behind producing desired results.
Handle the financials by tracking expenses and ensuring that you adhere to budgets and schedules.
Throughout each project, you will coordinate and oversee subcontractors and superintendents. You set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of each project.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar field
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role
Multi-family experience is a MUST
Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
Valid driver's license with current insurance
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
