The ideal candidate will have extensive insurance litigation experience and also experience preparing coverage analyses, pleadings and dispositive motions, drafting injunction papers, e-discovery, discovery disputes, as well as taking and defending depositions. The ideal candidate also will have extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts.
