Unique opportunity with a dealership that has a great niche market. Primary duties will be processing of title work, billing deals, cashing contracts, monitoring C.I.T. and coordinating funding assistance from private lenders and government agencies. This position will also provide direct support to the sales department in preparing customer proposals, amending spec orders as needed and coordinating with the end user for delivery. Very well funded company with a dynamic business model. Currently, accounting is done using QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions software. Great Monday-Friday work schedule, plus excellent benefits, including health insurance and employer matched 401k plan. Hiring process includes multiple stage interviews, pre-employment drug test, employment verification and background check. 3-5 years previous automotive title & document processing experience required, as well as general office experience.
