SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing the Bar Operations, scheduling and managing the bar staff. Co Responsible for the overseeing the Mad Boar Restaurant along with other Front of House Assistant Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate required.
Requires a minimum of 1 years supervisory experience and a minimum of 2 years general
experience in Food and Beverage. Experience in bartending preferred.
General knowledge of Liquor, Beer and Wine service and sales.
Required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
Computer skills: Microsoft products. Also knowledgeable with touch screen.
