Profile

We are currently searching for a LIMS Administrator to provide support to the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This opportunity is a full-time position with MSC, and it is on-site in Rockville, MD.

nDuties & Responsibilitiesn

n
• Provide administration support for existing LIMS systems (Labware/Biobank Pro) n
  n
  • Installation
  n
  • Static data management including user accounts
  n
  • Debugging and hotfixes
  n
  • API support
  n
  • Data query and reporting
  n
  • Coordination with program infrastructure support teams (Server, AppsHosting, DBA, Security, etc.)
  n
n
• Support ancillary systems to the LIMS n
  n
  • Laboratory instrument integration and data collection (Mirth/Server)
  n
  • Label printers 
  n
  • RIS/Imaging system interface (DICOM/Server)
  n
  • Tableau
  n
n
• Development and maintenance of LIMS‐adjacent pipelines n
  n
  • ELISA analysis/LabKey integration
  n
  • Other duties as assigned.

nRequirementsn

n
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
n
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience working as a LIMS administrator, preferred.
n
• The successful candidate should have knowledge of and experience with the following: n
