The candidate will teach the area of business law and the legal, regulatory, and political environment of business. Assignments will be contingent upon budget and enrollments. Must have JD from an AALS accredited law school with successful completion of a state bar required. License to practice law must be current. Must demonstrate a strong teaching record and currency in professional field. Following a conditional offer of employment, a background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate may start work with Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
