SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of this position are Data Enhancing Standardization Governance Creation Documentation Training and Maintaining of customer master structure within Tyson Foods Shared Service Credit Management group. Specific Responsibilities include: Supporting global documentation efforts such as process maps job aides business processes communication plans policies guidelines etc; educating global regional and local resources on the global SAP Customer Master design process and governance rules; contributing to the overall improvement of customer data business process implementation; and contributing to overall speed to process implementation of new elements as the SAP OTC process changes. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Associate s degree or equivalent knowledge in a specialized area Experience: 5 plus years experience in Credit and Customer Master Data Creation. Six sigma understanding preferred. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills. Excellent Excel skills. Customer Master Data experience within SAP modules including FSCM components . Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills Special Skills: The successful candidate should have the following: Excellent organizational skills; ability to process and understand data analytics and accuracy; motivated self-starter who can work independently and within a global team; ability to tactfully influence negotiate and resolve conflicts; strong attention to detail; and strategically thinking skills relating and impacting changes in end to end processes. Travel: Travel is not required for this position. Supervisory: This position does not have direct reports.
