Responsibilities: Support the procurement activities of a large academic medical center as well as procurement services provided to other providers; Advise clients on the relevant regulatory schemes involved in procurement activities and services as well as other areas in which may contract, including professional services; Support the development and structural organization of various business lines involving procurement contracting; Monitor changes in relevant regulatory areas and provide education on those changes to business and operational personnel and compliance and legal affairs teams; Draft, negotiate and advise on procurement and other general contracts; Develop and maintain appropriate template agreements to maintain efficiencies in contracting; Provide regulatory support and assistance on contract and transaction matters in which may engage; and Provide guidance and assistance to other colleagues in the Office of Legal Affairs in a highly collaborative and team oriented fashion.
